Veraclins builds and runs its own software, and the same senior engineers take on client and partner work. Founded by Clinton Agada, eight years of senior product engineering, with deep e-commerce and Shopify experience. Based in Abuja, senior engineers only.

What we're here to do.

Build software worth living with, and prove it does the job. We run what we ship, hold one senior bar, and show the receipts.

Our own products come first: Pitch Prophet, Edulinks.ng, and NairaBiz. Client and partner work is built by the same hands, across commerce, product, and applied AI, each tied to a measurable outcome and proof we build for real, not for slides.

A high-traffic Shopify operation was handling replacement and warranty requests manually across support tools: a growing cost centre with no upsell path.

The problem

An expensive, slow MongoDB setup was holding the platform back, but it served patient care and could not go down, even for a moment.

What was built

Designed a zero-downtime Mongo → Postgres migration with two-way live sync
Rebuilt the API layer around the new database
Separately rebuilt data-fetching and caching for speed
Consolidated several apps into one microfrontend platform

An enterprise architecture platform serving large organizations needed a modern process editor and a way to manage thousands of diagrams without losing any of them.

What was built

Built a BPMN 2.0 editor from scratch, replacing the legacy editor
Shipped a migration tool for tens of thousands of diagrams across hundreds of customers with zero data loss
Built an advanced data table: bulk inline edits, server-side filter & sort

The problem

A high volume of support tickets were repetitive questions the platform could already answer, if users could get to the knowledge and understand their own diagrams.

What was built

Owned the AI assistant end to end (frontend + AI service integration)
Knowledge Assistant: instant answers grounded in the platform's own docs
AI Describe: plain-language explanations of any BPMN diagram
Context-aware responses tied to what the user was looking at

Same boat as our users.

We live where they live, share their risk, and only win when they win. Abuja-based, building first for the SMEs and students who can't pretend the friction isn't real.

02 · PRAGMATISM

Promise only what we can ship.

Every commitment is sized to today's team, capital, and time. The boring fix this week beats the elegant rewrite next quarter.

03 · DURABILITY

Systems over individuals.

Anything we build should survive any one person leaving the room. If progress stalls when someone is away, the system is wrong.

04 · PRODUCT-FIT

Ship what we'd use.

Four products under our own name (Edulinks.ng, NairaBiz, JobSearch, Pitch Prophet) built for problems we'd hit ourselves. We walk away from products that need an essay to justify.

05 · HONESTY

Don't dress up the work.

We show the work as it is, with receipts. Eight years of named clients, one product in prelaunch, three more building. No polish in place of substance.
